NuScriptRX a multi-state institutional pharmacy company utilizing automation and advanced technology enabled distribution methods to execute timely and cost saving delivery of medications to long-term care facilities and their patients.
We are seeking a full time Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to service pharmacy activities in group home settings, nursing homes, and other institutional healthcare facility settings in and around OH.

The Pharmacy Customer Service Representative must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio. He/she will work cooperatively with field staff and other members of the customer service team to implement new customers and to maintain pharmacy processes at existing customers while increasing customer satisfaction.

This person will:

Assist with implementing pharmacy services at new customer locations in long term care institutional settings including group homes and nursing homes.
Assist with medical records, medication delivery and restocking / maintaining pharmacy inventory items.
Perform research and coordinate communications between pharmacy and facility staff to resolve any issues and communicate such resolution.
Assess and remedy any issues within the facility pertaining to the pharmacy.
Conduct training for facility staff on pharmacy systems and processes and procedures.
Assist with medication reviews and drug regime reviews.

Requirements:

Must be a Certified Pharmacy Tech.

Must be willing to travel.

Customer service/Customer Relations experience is required.

Must be proficient with Microsoft products, experience in DocuTrak and FrameWorks systems preferred.

Strong professional communication and organizational skills.
